Who are we?
We are Steve and Debbie Grady who moved to France in 2003 because of our love of French life and culture. We can be found in the peaceful hill-top village of Cailhavel, which offers spectacular views of the Pyrénées Mountains, vineyards as far as the eye can see and just 20kms from Carcassonne. We live here all year round in our former farmhouse and look forward to welcoming you in person to Chez Grady.

What we offer you.
We offer you well appointed self-catering accommodation in a charming cottage adjoining the farmhouse. It has been lovingly restored to provide rural ambience combined with modern comfort. It is fully centrally heated and is available all year round.

What have we achieved?
We are a fully registered business in France and are members of the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We are also delighted to have been awarded a 3 star rating of "Very Comfortable" by the French Department of Tourism and a rating of 3 keys with Clévacances after an obligatory formal inspection. We feel this gives our customers greater peace of mind as, not only does it ensure that our business transactions are undertaken within the French legal framework, including consumer protection, but also that the quality of the accommodation we offer conforms to recognised standards in France regarding both the comfort and safety of our guests.
